This unboxing contains spoilers!

Theme of the box

Description by Fairyloot

We are so excited to reveal the November theme for our monthly box and it is… VENGEANCE IS YOURS!

An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind . . . but sometimes the best revenge is getting even. This theme is all about the sweetness of revenge and characters who will get it by blade, or by wit.

In this box you can expect items inspired by Vicious, From Blood and Ash, The Poppy War, Rage of Dragons and our featured book of the month. We are thrilled to reveal that this box will include a TRAVEL MUG!

Our featured book of the month is inspired by Chinese mythology, and two people who discover their intertwined destinies. It is filled with revenge, rich magic and an epic slow-burn romance! This FairyLoot exclusive edition will have an EXCLUSIVE COVER, STENCIL SPRAYED EDGES, ARTWORK ON THE REVERSE OF THE DUST JACKET by @jhocaaa, FOIL ON THE HARDCOVER by @jhocaaa and will be SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR.

Item 1

For the first time ever, we are including a Book Review Notebook! This is perfect for keeping track of the books you’ve read and for noting down your thoughts on them. It features a beautiful design by @chattynora and is inspired by the Blood and Ash series by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

Oh this is very nice! You can write down the title, start and finish date, the author, the amount of stars and of course your thoughts!

Item 2

To decorate your new notebook or any of your journals, we’ve included a foiled washi tape inspired by The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter, designed by @blanca.design.

Oh this tape is cool! Not sure if I’ll end up using it though.

Item 3

Need a drink on the go? Use this beautiful bamboo travel mug inspired by our book of the month (which you can find out more about below). @blanca.design has done an amazing job designing the mug and we hope you love it!

Nice mug. I wouldn’t use it for traveling because it will leak if you turn that cup upside down.

Item 4

@sallteas designed the stunning enamel pin portraying Rin from The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang! We hope the pin will be a beautiful addition to your collection.

The pin says “I don’t believe in gods, I believe in power.” It’s very detailed for a pin.

Item 5

Clean in style with this microfiber cloth inspired by Vicious by V.E. Schwab, which was designed by @stellabookishart.

Oh yes a nice cloth! I love using these when I clean my glasses. This one is very pretty. It says “The world resists, when you break its rules.”

Item 6

This month’s collectable tarot cards are the Seven & Eight of Pentacles. They are designed by @lgions and feature Malik and Karina from A Song of Wraiths and Ruin by Roseanne A. Brown.

Our featured book of the month is Jade Fire Gold by June C.L. Tan! It’s a story inspired by Chinese mythology, where two people discover their intertwined destinies, It is filled with revenge, rich magic and has an epic slow-burn romance! Your FairyLoot exclusive edition has an exclusive cover, stencil sprayed edges, artwork on the reverse of the dust jacket by @jhocaaa, foil embossing on the hardcover also by @jhocaaa and is signed by the author! Don’t forget to read the author letter and check out the character print by Kate Acedia on the other side.

Oh this book sounds good! The fairyloot edition of this book is beautiful and I love how they used the sword on the cover for the stencilled edges. It gives it a matchy feeling.

This box was filled with pretty items. They’re mostly useful items but I’m not sure if I’ll end up using all of them since not everything was my thing but that’s okay. My favourite item was The microfibre cloth. I’ll definitely use that one! We’re also starting to get near the end of the tarot card collection. I believe that the set will be complete once we’ve received the February 2022 box.
